Former athlete, Audra graduated with her Master’s in Sport & Performance Psychology from the University of Western States, and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is pursing her exam to become a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, and is going to be continuing her education and slated to Graduate from Grand Canyon University in Spring 2027 with her Doctoral Degree in General Psychology specialized in Performance Psychology. She worked with House of Athlete - Tampa under Yo Murphy a NFL athlete for 3.5 years, and hopes to share her mental and strength performance knowledge to help athletes reach their maximum potential.
